is a Carpentry instructor at Flatwoods Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. With more than 30 years of carpentry experience, Paul has helped hundreds of students learn how to be successful in the field. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, farming, and spending quality time with his family and their two miniature Australian Shepherds.

is a Plastering instructor at Flatwoods Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. After completing seven years of service in the United States Army, Randy joined the Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ International Association, gaining experience working on several commercial projects as foreman and superintendent before beginning his teaching career in 2015.

is the Hotel and Lodging instructor and joined the Maui Job Corps Center team nearly 15 years ago. She began her work at Job Corps as a career counselor and later became a Retail Sales instructor before assuming her current position. Christine is passionate about people, and working for Job Corps allows her to use her educational background to prepare students for their future careers.

Darren Franco - Building Construction Technology, Pre-Apprentice - Maui Job Corps Center

Darren Franco

is the Home Builders Institute’s Building Construction Technology instructor at Maui Job Corps Center. He joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union in 1982, moved to Hawaii in 1985, and later began working in the construction industry and founded his own company. Darren hopes to inspire his students and teach them the skills he has learned throughout his career to give them a great start for their own lives.
